Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()

Few months ago, i signed up for ego4d license. The access key I received at that time had expired. When I recently requested the ego4d dataset again, I received an Access key, which was the same one I had received when I requested it a few months ago.

when i use that key, i encounter “botocore.exceptions.ClientError: An error occurred (403) when calling the HeadObject operation: Forbidden” error.
how can i fix it ?

I managed to get in touch with someone from the Ego-Exo4D project, and they said that they are aware of the issues and working to resolve them. They could not provide an estimate of when that would be, though.

I was able to submit the form successfully, but I did not receive the HelloSign email.

I tried using three different email addresses, but the result was the same each time. Could you please help me download the dataset?

Currently, anyone who previously received an access key is receiving the old access key when requesting a new one (which, of course, is not working properly).

Furthermore, those applying for a new access key are not receiving the key at all.

Hello. Also have continuos erros like “Intrernal server error“ and “failed to fetch“ during last several days. No answer on mail. Will be very thankfull for fix!

Submitting the access request form still doesn’t work. I have tried gmail and university email addresses on both Ego4D and Ego-Exo4D multiple times in the last week, and so far no hellosign or AWS keys have arrived.

Has anyone succeeded?

Yes, it is working for me now (I got the Dropbox Sign Mail).

I have waited for more than 48 hours now. I tried the solution -

Waited 48 hours, but didn’t receive an access key: Please submit the form again using the same email + address as before. If there was previously an email issue in the system, it should send your access key immediately. If you don’t get any email, please post below.”

When I submit the form with the exact same credentials here Ego4D Dataset

It says “Load Failed“ and I do not get any access key as is mentioned in the post.

What is the solution for this?

FYI I have already signed the drop box pdf and so on.

[As of March 3, 2026 4:30 PM PT] Having the same error as the previous comment. I have signed the agreement and waited for 48 hours (with no response), and tried submitting the form again only to get the “Failed to fetch” error. Please let me know if there’s a solution!

I keep getting “Network Error while trying to fetch resource” message when I am trying to register. Has been happening to me for the past 3 weeks. Any suggestions?

Getting the “Failed to fetch” error on the org license form for Ego4d and Ego-Exo4d. I tried across a few days and times (feb 24 and today); signing on behalf of an organization.

@dkukreja any chance you could take a look? From the original post, maybe the server is down?
