Hi, I’m getting a “Failed to fetch” error on the organization license form for Ego4D.
I’ve tried submitting it multiple times on different days/times, including Feb 17 and today (Mar 9), but the issue persists. I’m submitting on behalf of an organization.
From the browser console, I’m seeing a failed request around the license submission endpoint, followed by the “Failed to fetch” error. I’m wondering whether this might be a server-side issue, or whether the org license form is currently down.

Hi! I requested a license a year ago but never got around to signing it, since I was actually interested in EgoExo4D. Now I want to use it though and my original HelloSign link leads to a 404, so it seems like it is inactive.
When I try to apply for a new license, I get an error that I need to sign this agreement though.
And when trying to sign up with a new email, I get a “Load failed” error.
Anyone here that can help me?
We were able to submit! We successfully signed on Thursday March 5. We haven’t received an access key yet, though. (janel@…) Is there a long backlog? Or should we re-submit?

Hi! I have been trying to renew my Ego4D license for a few days and always get “Failed to fetch error”. I tried multiple combinations of addresses, each one shorter but nothing works.
