Hi, Iām getting a āFailed to fetchā error on the organization license form for Ego4D.
Iāve tried submitting it multiple times on different days/times, including Feb 17 and today (Mar 9), but the issue persists. Iām submitting on behalf of an organization.
From the browser console, Iām seeing a failed request around the license submission endpoint, followed by the āFailed to fetchā error. Iām wondering whether this might be a server-side issue, or whether the org license form is currently down.

Hi! I requested a license a year ago but never got around to signing it, since I was actually interested in EgoExo4D. Now I want to use it though and my original HelloSign link leads to a 404, so it seems like it is inactive.
When I try to apply for a new license, I get an error that I need to sign this agreement though.
And when trying to sign up with a new email, I get a āLoad failedā error.
Anyone here that can help me?
