Hi, Iā€™m getting a ā€œFailed to fetchā€ error on the organization license form for Ego4D.

Iā€™ve tried submitting it multiple times on different days/times, including Feb 17 and today (Mar 9), but the issue persists. Iā€™m submitting on behalf of an organization.

From the browser console, Iā€™m seeing a failed request around the license submission endpoint, followed by the ā€œFailed to fetchā€ error. Iā€™m wondering whether this might be a server-side issue, or whether the org license form is currently down.

Hi! I requested a license a year ago but never got around to signing it, since I was actually interested in EgoExo4D. Now I want to use it though and my original HelloSign link leads to a 404, so it seems like it is inactive.

When I try to apply for a new license, I get an error that I need to sign this agreement though.
And when trying to sign up with a new email, I get a ā€œLoad failedā€ error.

Anyone here that can help me?

I have met issuess ā€œFailed to Fetch Errorā€. I tried to wait 6 hours and refresh to try again, but it didnā€™t work. Can you help me access the dataset?

We were able to submit! We successfully signed on Thursday March 5. We havenā€™t received an access key yet, though. (janel@ā€¦) Is there a long backlog? Or should we re-submit?
