Hello all. I am currently trying to renew my license but when I click submit on Ego4D Dataset after filling in my details I get a request not sent and thus I am unable to renew my license. I am attaching a screenshot for reference. Any help on how to proceed here will be very helpful.

I also have this problem, I see the error, “Failed to fetch”
My license expired yesterday and I cannot renew it 
Any idea if this issue is being resolved?
