Update -- Ego4D Access Issues

Hello, we are sorry for the recent access issues with Ego4D and Ego-Exo4D. We are aware of the problems and are working to address them. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please look for an update as soon as we have corrected things.

May I know the current progress of this issue? We are now under time pressure to conduct experiments with this dataset and would highly appreciate a prompt resolution. Thank you.

Hello! Any updates on this? It has been couple of week already and we’re blocked in our research due to unavailability of the dataset. Could you please update on latest status?

Hey folks, thanks for your patience. We’ve been firefighting, debugging, overhauling, and preliminary fixes are now implemented for all the license server issues that we’ve found so far.

  1. All users who had ‘null’ AWS keys should have just received a new email with credentials. If you’re one of these users, can you confirm here that you got it and it works?
  2. New license requests should be functional once more. If you’re able to submit OR hit an error, please let us know here.

Our E2E tests are working on our end, but please share whether it works for you too so we know everything is operational again.
