Access ID and Access Key is NULL

I received this egoexo4D this dataset as a license to use it, but the Access ID and Access Key are empty inside the email I received, nothing.
Please you help me to check it, please, thank you.
My email is 1458241939@qq.com.

I just received an email and have the same issue - @awestbury please let us know when it get fixed and what are the steps to get credentials. Thank you and appreciate your efforts maintaining the dataset!

Hey folks, thanks for posting here - we’ve found the issue and we’re solving the core problem. It appears we’ve hit AWS limits on the number of IAM users, and we’re working on a few different fixes for this. Thanks all for your patience, we’ll keep you posted as we solve this.

Hey all, thanks for the patience. We’ve been firefighting, debugging, overhauling, and preliminary fixes are now implemented for all the current license server issues.

If you had a ‘null’ AWS key, you should’ve just received a new email with credentials. If you’re one of these users, can you confirm here that you got it and it works?
