I got some errors yesterday but I think it’s not related to this issue after all. I saw the same error on github #359.
I wished however the script would have exit(1) instead of continuing.

I encountered the same issue:

  1. I received the “Access Granted” email on August 27, but the Access ID and Access Key were empty inside the email.
  2. On August 28, I tried to fill out the application form with the same information again. A few minutes later, I received a reply saying “Your request has been granted,” but the Access ID and Access Key were still empty in that email as well.
