Missing Access Id and Token in the Approval mail

I received the access granted email, but the Access Id and the Access token portion is blank in the email.

@shourovj did you manage to solve it? I have the same issue

unfortunately no. and I mailed to their official support address but got no response .

Hey all, thanks for the patience. We’ve been firefighting, debugging, overhauling, and preliminary fixes are now implemented for all the current license server issues.

If you had a ‘null’ AWS key, you should’ve just received a new email with credentials. If you’re one of these users, can you confirm here that you got it and it works?

@dkukreja I encountered the same issue:

  1. I received the “Access Granted” email on August 27, but the Access ID and Access Key were empty inside the email.

  2. On August 28, I tried to fill out the application form with the same information again. A few minutes later, I received a reply saying “Your request has been granted,” but the Access ID and Access Key were still empty in that email as well.
