I received the access granted email, but the Access Id and the Access token portion is blank in the email.

unfortunately no. and I mailed to their official support address but got no response .

Hey all, thanks for the patience. We’ve been firefighting, debugging, overhauling, and preliminary fixes are now implemented for all the current license server issues.
If you had a ‘null’ AWS key, you should’ve just received a new email with credentials. If you’re one of these users, can you confirm here that you got it and it works?
