"Fail to fetch" error happens when submitting license form

I am encountering “Fail to Fetch” error when submitting the license form. Does anyone know how to solve that?

I am also facing the same issue when trying to renew my licence. Their API gives a 404 error when we submit our form.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Or does anyone know if there is some maintenance work being done and this issue will be resolved soon? I can see that people have been facing this issue for the last 30 days.

Hey guys; thanks for reaching out.

This is likely related to a certificate issue that we’re resolving. Once it’s fixed, we’ll need recent signees to re-sign the license.

We’ll keep you all updated. Keep let us know if it starts working again in the interim.

The license server should be fully fixed! If you haven’t received your license, please re-submit the form. In many cases, you will get an email with your access key immediately. In some, you’ll receive your access key after 48 hours!
