License Agreement Internal Server Error

When attempting to enter my information as an individual at, the website responds with an internal server error. No email is sent from HelloSign to sign the data usage agreement and so credentials cannot be obtained

I am experiencing the same issue. A red popup on the top-left corner states ‘Failed to fetch’.
