EGO4d: Error applying for license

Hi, when I try to submit info to get a license for ego4d, this error pops up. I already have a license for egoexo, why is this happening? Thanks!

Thanks for the flag, both. HelloSign seems to have changed their billing plans. We updated and fixed a few issues on the license server, can you try again and let us know here if you’re still facing issues (or if you’re able to request a license successfully)?
