I tried to wait 5 minutesa and refresh to try again, but it didnt work.

The https://ego4ddataset.com/ website had shown the “Invalid SSL certificate” error and i can’t open the license request page, please help @dkukreja

Yup same for me, the licence website is not accessible because of “Invalid SSL certificate” issue!

Access denied due to address, error on website

I had applied to access Ego4D dataset. Unfortunately, I received an email saying that my request is denied due to this reason: Full home/personal address including house number and street name.

I bring to your attention that while filling out the address, an error is getting generated (Value of address is too long) because of which I was unable to provide full address in Address field. I tried various ways to fill this in the given field but was unable to provide full address so I entered my institute name and it got rejected with the above mentioned reason. How can I provide the full address if the website does not allow me to do that? Please look into this and share a solution.

Hello, I was sent an Access Granted e-mail which contained no credentials. How can I resolve this?

I’m seeing the same issue as above for both Ego4D and EgoExo4D: “null” AWS credentials. Happened on Aug 21 and Aug 23, respectively.

I have an identical issue - I filled out the form again, an received another email in which the credentials (both access ID and Key) were blank.

I tried to fill up the form again with the same address and email and got the email of access granted without the access key and ID. Please address this issue.

I encountered the same issue:

  1. I received the “Access Granted” email on August 27, but the Access ID and Access Key were empty inside the email.

  2. On August 28, I tried to fill out the application form with the same information again. A few minutes later, I received a reply saying “Your request has been granted,” but the Access ID and Access Key were still empty in that email as well.

I applied twice, but both the Access ID and key for the two attempts were NULL. How should I solve this?
