I have encountered the fail to fetch

@dkukreja It has been ~1 week since the I submitted the ego-exo license request form but i have not received a reply yet. If i try to submit again now i encounter the âfail to fetchâ error. Can you please help resolve this.

Hi! Iâve received âAccess Grantedâ email with totally empty credentials (i.e. there is no credentials in the email, not even hidden ones), what are the steps to fix it and access key? @dkukreja could you please provide some guidance?

The âFailed to Fetchâ error should be solved - if you hit it again, please comment here.
For empty credentials - weâve hit AWS limits on the number of IAM users, and weâre working on a few different fixes for this.

@dkukreja if i try to submit now it says request already submitted please provide signed form. But i never received any reply email.
Hi, I am currently encountering the problem of waiting over 48 hours without receiving an access key or a reason of denial. I have submitted the form again with the same email + address, but it still seems that my request is under review. I would very much appreciate your help!

Hey all, thanks for the patience. Weâve been firefighting, debugging, overhauling, and preliminary fixes are now implemented for all the license server issues that weâve found so far.
All users who had ânullâ AWS keys should have just received a new email with credentials. If youâre one of these users, can you confirm here that you got it and it works?
New license requests should be functional once more. If youâre able to submit OR hit an error, please let us know here.
Our E2E tests are working on our end, but please share whether it works for you too so we know everything is operational again.
