Same problems with others, I got the access granted mail, but the ID and Key are empty.

Unfortunately, Not yet. I emailed them and wrote comment on their github page 7days ago. But still no reply at all

Hello everyone. I also have issues to get credentials unfortunately. When I try to submit for license agreement, I have the issue : “Data Load Failed”
This dataset looks amazing and can greatly improve my research. Any solutions in mind ?

Still failing to fetch!

I am trying to download the dataset but I am getting Forbiden access error, even though I got and renew my access keys. Can someone help me? my email is daniel.otero.gomez@student.uva.nl

I am trying to sign up for the license, but the submission fails, and I did not receive the “Access Under Review” email. I used the inspect mode to check the website’s status, and it displayed the errors shown in the attached image. My email is lym29@mail.ustc.edu.cn. Could you please assist me with resolving this issue?

Hello Team, I recently reactivated my Ego4D access key. It seems that the AWS credentials associated with my Access ID are not valid. e.g. “InvalidClientTokenId: The security token included in the request is invalid.” in running aws sts get-caller-identity.
Could you please re-issue a fresh pair of AWS credentials?

I got my access keys along time ago, and when I re-requested them, I got the immediately. However, these keys to not work.

And the weird thing is the webui works so I don’t get what is happening.
