Hey guys; thanks for reaching out. There’s an issue with certificate renewal that we’re fixing on the backend. Among other things, it prevents us from sending emails with new License Access Keys which is why @chenbao hasn’t received one.
We’re working on a fix. Once it’s implemented, we’ll need folks to re-request access and everything should work as normal. We’ll keep you all updated.
The ‘Failed to Fetch’ error should have self-resolved, let us know if you’re still getting them.

The license server should be fully fixed! If you haven’t received your license, please re-submit the form. In many cases, you will get an email with your access key immediately. In some, you’ll receive your access key after 48 hours!
