How do I solve the "fail to fetch" error in getting the license?

Followed up in Github Issues; the server has been restored.

Once you submit the form, you should see a screen similar to this:

There are a couple of issues that affect the license server and we’re setting up flows to make it more robust. The server has been functional during the times between forum comments, and once you get a license - you can use the visualizer in the access email to explore the dataset yourself!
