When trying to submit a license request, I keep getting this error:
Value for editable custom_field ‘Address’ is too long. Approximate max length: 75 chars per line, 1 line(s) (depending on char size). See Templates with the Dropbox Sign API | Dropbox Sign for Developers
I initially thought it was due to a 75-character limit, but even when trying much shorter addresses (e.g. ~40 or even ~25 characters), the error still appears. In some cases, the error changes and instaed of asking for 75 characters, it mentions 57 characters instead — which makes the form validation unclear and unpredictable. It’s also kind of annoying because my home address is not even that long (~25 characters) but still I can’t register it.
And it makes it even more frustrating as this is not my first license request but the second one but the first was denied with the reasoning that the address was not complete which it was - it included street name and house number.
