Ego4d download failed with Forbidden access error

Hello,

I’ve been trying to download the Ego4d dataset but I keep getting the Forbidden access error: “botocore.exceptions.ClientError: An error occurred (403) when calling the HeadObject operation: Forbidden“. I just renewed my access and received the data access confirmation email, so my credential should be good. Can someone help me resolve this issue? I would very much appreciate your help.

I have same problem too and I use the command “ego4d --output_directory=“~/ego4d_data” --datasets full_scale annotations --metadata --aws_profile_name ego4d“

Hi! I also have the same problem. I am wondering if this is because our access id and key are not valid any more although the email says it is valid

Also got the same problem. My license expired a few weeks ago, and I renewed the access, but the id and keys did not change. I can use them to access the vis tool, however, the 403 forbidden error occurs when downloading the dataset. Anyone has encountered or solved similar issues? Thanks!

Same problem here. The only workaround currently for me is to make another new request from another email account.
