Annotation Tool/Interface

I am working on annotating a dataset of long videos with action labels and start/stop times. Was wondering if the Ego4D annotation tools/interfaces are open source or are available to see. I’m referring to the “Narration tool interface” seen in Figure 13. Thanks!
